Architecture and planning terrace.
We booked a triple room and was given a double room with extrabed but the costs were for a triple room. Wireless Internet not always worked when work was very poor. Restaurant menu very poor but very expensive. Although not finished my stay was alleged prepayment of accommodation. In last night I broke the car in the hotel's private parking and requested to see my video camera to record said he did not see anything. Could this have been the reason for the request for advance payment.

Cleanliness of room and hotel overall. Pool area.
It is common in Greece that hotels are stating they have internet access (wireles or wired). In my experience, it is never the case. Interenet connection should be robust and constant, since internet is not only reading news and Facebook. Someone is also doing business. So, either fix the connection or state that connection is not consistent. Also, breakfast was poor and hotel restaurant has no fish in the menu. It is strange for seaside resort to have only salmon as a option on their menu (for lunch/dinner) and no fish at all for breakfast. Beach can be in better condition. Stuff (specially Greek ones in restaurant, bar/beach bar) are extremely unfriendly and try to cheat. Overpriced!

The staff was very helpful, polite, with excellent customer service skills and the decor around the pool and the restaurants was cool. Nice location and the food was above average.
They allow people from outside to come to the pool area which makes the crowds during the weekend extreme (noise level) and diminishes the value, quality, privacy and tranquility it should provide to the guests. They charge for the pool towels which is not common for a resort. The beach was not in the front but you had to walk 150 meters (outside of the hotel). Gym inside and part of the spa - you had to pay to use it - again not common for a resort.

Staff was helpful and client oriented. Design of the hotel was nice, cosy. Is not a big hotel, so devoid of thousand of people. we had booked a "quadruple room", but found out that it is one big room, no separate bedrooms. Booked.net and hotel staff helped to change rooms, we were fine to pay extra, fortunately our request was solved.
Celebration of an external wedding within hotel premises, which ended up in a sleepless night. I think hotel should not organise extra curricular events causing much inconvenience to hotel residents. food was good if you stay for 1 night. we were there for 7 nights, and even though we had dinner inclusive in our room rate, we had dinner elsewhere at least every second night.
